In the kitchen, our chef is inspired by traditional Moroccan cooking using only the freshest local ingredients of the season: 100% beldi menus, or traditional country-side dishes, based on salads, vegetable tagines, fresh fish and seafood ... all of which can be enjoyed under a large caidal tent, or traditional marquee, boasting Moroccan lounges and panoramic views of the ocean. Other highlights include picnic hampers on the beach prepared on request as well as banquets for special occasions.
